Rosette creates broken ring markings with an optionally filled in center.

At least three Rosette markings must be present within the range of the marking. They should not appear as complete rings, but rather like leopard markings. Although the fill is optional, it must be lighter than the rim. Rosettes must be two solid colours unless affected by a colour modifier.
